This site was occupied by a number of businesses that conducted uncontrolled management of auto salvage. Because the property was to be sold, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was conducted to determine if a recognizable environmental condition existed on the property. It was recommended that the scrap metal, used tires and other solvents and oils be removed and disposed of properly. Follow up sampling verified that minimal contaminants remained for the next owner.
